Norton and Ruth had no children. Ruth worked as a beautician for many years.
They lived in St. Louis, MO when first married and some years later moved to Florida.
First to Miami, FL; in 1959 to Inglis, FL. After Norton's death in 1965, Ruth
continued to live in Inglis and work as a beautician, until 1987/88 when she moved
to a Senior Retirement Apt. in Lecanto, Citrus Co., FL.

Norton's funeral was held at the Chapel of Roberts Funeral Home, Ocala, FL
The Rev. J. Conally Evans officiated - Norton was of Baptist faith.
He is buried at Greenwood Cemetery, Ocala, FL.
Norton operated a welding shop in Inglis prior to his death.
