Still another meeting of January 17, 1870, amended portions of the district laws concerned primarily with assessment work, but a Significant entry showing a more formalized outlook is the appearance of the district recorder's name S. Grieves. J. M. Murphy was chairman, and J. W. Spear was secretary ..."
