Shared Note: - During a phone conversation with Anne (Loofbourrow) Stanis, 2 Sep 2009, she told author that she and her father, Cliff, and mother, Mary Anna "Mayme", lived in the Bay Area for about 2 years about 1925-27. She was 5 years old and attended kindergarten there. Other than that short time in CA, they lived in Centralia, WA.

Clifford owned a hardware store there. About 1936-37, Anne and her parents made a brief visit to see Uncle Ben and Aunt Edna Loofbourrow and Grandmother Mary Catherine ‏(Syfert)‏ Loofbourrow in Hollister, CA. Anne said that it had been so long ago, and it was such a short afternoon visit that she didn't remember much about it or Grandmother Mary. Anne and cousin James Loofbourrow of Oklahoma City, OK, kept in touch through the years.
