Delmar D. Loofbourrow, 84, of Bremerton died of natural causes April 19, 2001, at Bremerton Health and Rehabilitation Center.
He was born April 7, 1917, in Oklahoma to John and Molly (Barker) Loofbourrow. He graduated from Pomona High School in Pomona, Calif. Mr. Loofbourrow served in the Navy from 1942 to 1945. He later was a final inspector at the G.E. Iron Plant.
He is survived by a daughter, Roberta Jean of Port Orchard, and a brother, Vercill of Pomona. A private service will be held. Inurnment will take place at Tahoma National cemetery in Kent. Local arrangements are under the direction of Pendleton-Gilchrist Funeral Home at Rill Chapel.
